Athletic Development

YDP Image

YDP

Our Youth Development Programme (YDP) is a small group training session for 8-12 year olds, focussing on fun, early stage functional development. Building the foundation of coordination, movement confidence, and strength for improving performance and daily living.

TEAM TRAINING

Our Team Training sessions follow a similar structure to our YDP sessions but are designed for whole squads or groups. Improving team performance, camaraderie, and communication in an engaging environment.
